Favourite game in the state leagues or NSL ? Best crowd you have ever seen ? Best player for your team ? Favourite personal memory with your team ? Worst game ? my favourite game was 07 against parra and st george and northern tigers 2007 crowds were really good melita semi final when we won 3-2 a few thousand best player for me has been boardman and zonjic best memory was losing 2-0 then comeback 3-2  everybody went crazy even the little 5 year olds kicking the advertising boards lmao tiger turf final against bankstown lost in penalties |

Worst game easily 2007 cup final vs the skops, their third goal was fuckin offside.. Great atmosphere tho, really tense lots of people lots of cops full crowd delayed kick off two reds in first 5 mins
Best game maybe 6-0 vs South at Belmore, 15k crowd great game what a team too, arambasoc halpin doumanis cardozo juric Mendez
Win against spirit first ever game at North Sydney, 20k was hendos first game for spirit too he was third choice keeper lol
Bonno in 07 was mad, was touchie for their last two regular season games vs bossy and central coast , wtf happened since then

Favourite Fixture in NSL was Sydney Olympic v Sydney United. Favourite in NSWPL was Sutherland but they have gone to shit so it's Sydney United again.
Best Crowd I have seen was Olympiakos v Arsenal in 2009 to qualify for the next round of champions league.
The best player in my team was me by far until I tore my ACL.
Favourite personal memory was finishing a season as top goal scorer and undefeated.
Worst game was going down to Sutherland in the NSWPL semi final when we had Blagogevic as coach.

I remember one game at St George stadium against Syd United. We were losing 2-0 with about 7 minutes left on the clock. The Greeks were all leaving when Marshal Soper scored 2 quick goals to level the game. Then the SU sweeper made a crucial error and Soper pounced onto the ball and slotted home the winner. Packed ground.
Im pretty sure Soper scored the 3 goals but I could be wrong.
Does anyone remember this game. We went nuts and the SU fans wanted to hang their sweeper after the game.
PS, Marshal Soper is the most natural and gifted striker this country has produced.
He wasn't dedicated enough and he never reached the heights he could have.
There was never a dull moment with him on the field.

I agree with you Sweeper regarding Soper. Great talent but not brain or dedication and too hot tempered. If he ever chased you to close you down you knew he was only doing it to chop you down.
I was also at the Newcastle semi final game elina4lyf. Orthodox Easter Sunday so not as many Greeks went up. Great to beat the rednecks that day. Juric injured his arm that day but soldiered on.
Some of the older Ultra's might remember Vardar (Maco team) coming out in early 1987 and played Olympic in a friendly at St George Stadium. Vardar were coming first in the old Yugoslav first division and all of Rockdale and Banksia was there. It was pre-season for Olympic and the Olympic fans were basically at the end where the TV tower was at the airport end of the ground. Finished 0-0. Kalantzis was about 20 and was playing well until some Vardar player came in with a karate kick to tackle him. The Maco's after the game had the shits as they thought Vardar were going to be superior to us as we were a part time team still in the off season.
I think winning our first title against Marconi at Parra Stadium was Olympic's most important game. Beating South Melbourne 6-0 goes very close.

A very special day for Olympic.
