what are your thoughts guys?
What do you like about the Olympic Ultras to date?
What needs to change?
What can be done better?
What age group of people should the group target for membership?
What will make more people join?

1) The Ultras are a good bunch of boys, well behaved. They bring atmosphere to the game.
2) I think the Ultras should set themselves up in the grandstand at Belmore in front of the home crowd.
3) Target all ages and who ever wants to join in, joins.
4) Winning and consistent form will make people join. Make them feel part of the team.
Making your own Ultra shirts for example. Number them from No.1 and keep going.
