South and Olympic will never be given a fair go, people (especially jews) see the greeks as a threat ever since time began. Greeks are the one true civilisation everyone else is second rate, many have tried to destroy us but nobody has succeeded, we may be a laid back race but we will fight to the end with honour and integrity. We will never fade away with our heads down, we will always face defeat with our heads held high and our hearts on our sleeve. I don't think you have been to Greece in a while

Heart is a new club....You could argue that 4000 is a base to build on.
For HAKOA to be getting only 7500 at the sfs on the other hand is a major problem. Perhaps HAKOA should re-think their pricing strategy.
The only other way is to have a second team in Sydney which is equally as strong as HAKOA and generate more interest through a derby match.
I can't wait to see Melbourne heart v Victory.

4000 is not a base to build on. Clubs generally in their inaugural season should get on of their biggest crowd.
We have seen this even during the NSL with Perth, Spirit, Collingwood, Adelaide Utd, etc
If a club in a new area gets 4000 first up then you could say it can grow e.g. Gold Coast or Nth Qld. The club would need the right strategy to bring in more ppl to games.
Melbourne Heart has joined the comp to compete with Victory who are based in the exact same area (City of Melb). Victory was getting crowds of over 40,000 at some big games and have always done well on the field. The Heart would've been better off going somewhere a bit further out from Melb rather than tryong to hope to get any ex-NSL supporters who haven't already gone to the Victory.
A much larger percentage of Melbourne's NSL supporters jumped onto the Victory bandwagon more so than what happenned here in Sydney. That is why HAKOA has never been able to get over 30,000 fans at a regular match when technically it should as there were twice as many Sydney NSL clubs as Melb.
The Gay Leagueis dying but the FFA is too proud and will keep paying for its life support.
