We are a football club, it's not our position or job to make any political statement about issues which are none of our business. If we were to give support, give it to something that matters, like a cancer association or the Heart foundation. Not the gay mardi gra. I'm against this idea even if some trendies on this forum aren't.
Sydney Olympic FC representatives in the gay mardi gra, what a MALAKIA of the highest order !!!

Just because I don't want to support the mardi gra doesn't mean I'm homophobic.
You can have sex with a hippopotamus for all I care.
I work with a couple of gay people and they don't associate themselves with the mardi gra because they believe it's a disgrace.
Olympic should not be involved. I believe it will turn people off the club.
In today's world people are ridiculed for having an opinion that may be old fashion.
I wish we could go to a vote on weather Olympic should go to the mardi gra.
The response would be a big no from most of our fans.

alexxx, no need for an apology.
The reason they call it a disgrace is because of the way some of the people dress and behave.
They believe it's degrading.
They also don't agree with the way the march mocks and ridicules other religions and people who don't agree with it.
