Rangers having financial problems doesn't make them a small club.. Man United had a debt of 400 million Pounds a few years ago & so did Liverpool doesn't make them small clubs..

Anyway England gets 4 Champions league spots & 3 Europa League spots
Greece only gets 2 Champions League spots although Greece gets the same amount of Europa League spots.. 3
