A lot of truth in that article. Well done. I can't understand why people defend the FFA.. People need to realise that investors like Tinkler, Palmer, Sage have been throwing their own money into a corrupt and faltering system.

The FFA are struggling.
Not all the people there are corrupt.
Lowe though, is suspect in my opinion.
The problem is, if I was given the power to run football in Australia I would have to think long and hard about where to even start.
The place is a mess everywhere you look.
Juniors, Seniors, Associations, Reps. Coaching, Administration.

Since when are Heart averaging 9,000? Thats bullshit surely They average under 7,000 when you take the Melb derby out. Not enough to survive given their stadium deal. These people are delirious. The place is drowning in debt, the FFA is cutting costs and getting rid of teams so they can survive till the next tv deal, while putting on their poker face to Foxtel and saying "we are goiung to have 2 new teams in the league" so they can leverage more money, but dont really have anything to show for it. They are bluffing all the way. Really quite extraordinary. Some fans buy it! They are like little school girls giddily talking about a 12 team comp, how the Hearts are a success - forget Fury, Auckland GCU collapsing!Dont listen to the FFA dialogue - look at the actions - clubs gone, no club making money - firing most their backroom staff, W-league imploding, needing a govt bailout. They are like zombies blindly following the FFA over the cliff. The problem is they analyse results, not causes. |
