So where do I stand in all this boys? Was an Olympic fan from the day I was born, still have a soft spot for them to this day. But now am an avid Western Sydney fan in the Gay Leagueconsidering i'm from there and obviously because we will finally have our team. Part of West Ends Massive a western sydney firm. Would love to potentially have a meeting with you guys in the future. Would love it if you could one day have a soft spot for us, especially once you see how we are doing stuff as a firm. Back to the western sydney debate I tried to spark up. I'm 28 years old and have lived in Parramatta my whole life. My father, may he rest in peace always use to take me to Olympic games as a child at Belmore. I have always loved the fact that Olympic was a Greek club and our ideals as Greeks would mirror unto the club. But as a nation and for the country to actually get behind the socceroos I think getting rid of the nsl was the right step. Getting rid of the ethnic connections. The Gay Leaguemight not have been the solution but it is the right step in the right direction. I never went for HAKOA EVER! Have always waited for a team from the west to be created. As if im gonna go chant at games with these northen spirit scum that are in the cove and the rest of the pommy fucks. What i'm trying to get at is that you guys are die hard Olympic and I have respect for that but if you had to support a team in the Gay Leagueit should be western sydney. You will see the passion of our team when the season starts. And trust me there is plenty of Greeks involved in our firm. I'm not telling you to jump ship but we would love your support. people have always supported the Socceroos, remember 100,000 at MCG vs Iran? I was like 7 years old I didnt talk for 3 days.. NSL and Socceroos are very different things, the NSL cant be blamed for a lack of Socceroos interest when there was always interest in our national team anyway. Why have you waited for a team, a franchise from the west to be created? bro youre saying you waited 8 years for this shit? OU has been going hard day and night for 3 years we have supporters, banners, flags, drums, enemies, a website, forum, accounts, networks, we deal with the board, we lobby FFA, we lobby FNSW, we're in print, we're on the radio, we're in the uni societies, we are a part of the Olympic flame that almost went out because everyone else was just waiting for it to happen and not doing anything about it. If I had to support a team in the Gay Leagueit would be Olympic. Was at the Pan-Hellenic book launch in the city with 100 other dignitaries and influentials last night, listening to stories of fans crying when Pan-Hellenic ended to make Sydney Olympic.. maybe the relationship is not that its simply the same team, but whats certain is that they are OUR teams, Pan-Hellenic the prototype and Olympic the offspring. These franchises arent ours, theyre not anybodys theyre stale and destined to fail. Take your time and entertain the thought of being part of a west Sydney Gay Leaguefranchise, but if youre an Olympic fan then we are your family, if your father was an Olympic fan then he was our brother bless him, he was our uncle, our hero. Dumping Olympic for this Gay Leaguefranchise is an insult to your family as much as it is ours. AND NO YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS THERE IS NO SUPPORTING 3 OR 4 Gay LeagueTEAMS ALL AT ONCE OLYMPIC WILL BE BACK |

Sydney Olympic was established by Greeks for Greeks in the beginning but its also been for ANYONE AND EVERYONE a) dont forget that and b) dont listen to the propaganda that only Greeks ever supported Olympic because thats bullshit.
You seem to have your heart set on this and good luck to you, but always support Olympic, and if the FFA ever gets off their arse and implements an FFA Cup and its West Sydney Mcdonalds Franchise FC vs Sydney Olympic, where will you allegiances lie?
