HAHAHAHA This was explained in another thread.
Belmore would still be a delapitated shithole and would have received no $10m funding to fix the place up if Olympic didnt sign the "CO-LEASE" with Bulldogs, it was a "PRE-CONDITION" for the funding of the ground that it would be used for both Rugby League and Football.
Now would the Bulldogs like it better if Olympic werent based there? Probably......If they are prepared to break the 20 year lease agreement they then must fork out big money to compensate the club
