Good luck to your new club.
In my opinion, it's a little premature for a 2nd team, considering the poor following of Syd FC.
I don't believe the Gay Leagueis sustainable. That's not a critisism but an opinion.
The FFA completely alienated thousands of football fans when Syd FC was formed.
If it was a completely neutral team, I believe there was a chance that the Greeks, Italians, Cro's, Serb's would have also shown an interest.
Speaking for myself, the day the FFA dumped all the ethnic clubs is the day I decided never to support the A-League.
I would follow Sydney Olympic in the State Div 2 if they ended up there.
I'm sure the follower of the other ethnic clubs feel the same.
That loyalty is something that the FFA completely disrespected when they dropped all the long standing clubs.
Honestly, I'd support Apia, Syd United, Bonny or any of the old clubs any day before Syd FC or FFA CLUBanderers.
