For the purposes of Section 47 of the Local Government Act and Part 5 Division 5 of the Crown Lands Act, notice is hereby given that it is proposed to grant to Bulldogs Rugby League Club Ltd, each for terms of 21 years, both
¡a lease of land commonly known as Belmore Sportsground, on terms and conditions among other things obliging the lessee club to in turn grant to Sydney Olympic Football Club Ltd both a partial sublease (of office space within the grandstand structure together with vehicle parking associated therewith within the leased area) and a periodic licence (for use of a substantial part of Belmore Sportsground by the sub-lessee for its soccer football fixtures); and
¡a licence to use (for particular limited hours each day) one of the two playing fields (and associated amenities) on land commonly known as Peter Moore Field
It is also proposed to grant to Sydney Olympic Football Club (in addition to the abovementioned partial sub-lease and licence) for a term of 21 years, a licence to use (for particular limited hours each day) one of the two playing fields (and associated amenities) on land commonly known as Peter Moore Field.
The land in respect of which the proposed lease, sub lease and licences is/are to be granted is currently described as
¡part 3 Edison Lane- Lot 4 DP1040210 (a Crown Reserve), being the part corresponding to area enclosed within the Sportsground's fencing;
¡the whole of 1C Leylands Parade-Lot 1 DP 607707 (community classified public land owned by Council, comprising the eastern portion of Belmore Sportsground); and
¡part 1D Leylands Parade- Lot 2 DP 607707 (community classified public land owned by Council comprising the area known as Peter Moore Field), being the part corresponding to the 2 playing fields and amenities thereon.
The land in question is shown on the locality plan that appears below.
The purposes for which the land corresponding to Belmore Sportsground will be used under the proposed lease to the Bulldogs Rugby League Club include
¡the conduct of rugby league games and training
¡the conduct of administration and business duties relating to the operation of a rugby league football club
¡the conduct of events for club supporters
¡purposes authorised by both the abovementioned "lease-obliged" sub-lease and licence
The purposes of the separate licences in respect of the two playing fields (and associated amenities) on Peter Moore Field include
¡the respective sporting activities of the Clubs
¡activities of their members

Tasker Park
For the purposes of Section 47 of the Local Government Act and Part 5 Division 5 of the Crown Lands Act, notice is hereby given that it is proposed to grant to Sydney Olympic Football Club Limited for a term of 21 years a licence to use (for particular limited hours each day) playing fields (and associated amenities) on land commonly known as (part of) Tasker Park.
The land in respect of which the proposed licence is to be granted is currently described as variously parts of Ward Avenue and John Street (both unformed), part of the Crown Reserve (corresponding to the former course of Cooks River), parts of Lots 1 &2 DP430126 and part of Lot 2 DP 818459.
The approximate extent of the land in question is shown (outlined) on the locality plan that appears below.
The purposes for which the land will be used under the proposed licence to Sydney Olympic Football Club include
¡the sporting activities of the Club
¡activities of its members
