Seriously re pethia lets stop and think.
1. He sung MAKEDJONA to us.
2. He was a greek and he did that.
3. He wore the star of vergina with a red shirt infront of us.
Kon you say if he was a bogan would it be bad? That has nothing to do with anything? The point is he is greek and he said those things when he knows it is and will be for a long time a sore point with the Greek community.
If he was a smart he would of celeberated with his team as he rightfully should but not for him to chant and wear those kind of porogative things.
He should apologise, Most of the olympic fan group will accept and that chapter will finish BUT he refuses to and states that he did nothing wrong.
There is nothing worse than someone who is blantanly wrong but doesnt admit it THEN comes and coaches the team he abused.

This is a serious subject. Some things just can't be swept under the carpet like they never happened. Tsekenis was all rosy & smiles with the meeting he had with you guys but so are con artists until they rip you off. I seriously question the characteristics of Tsekenis & his ability as a leader, mentor & hence coach. A true leader admits to his mistakes, takes responsibilty for his own actions & steps up to the mark so as to set an example & move forward a better person. That's how respect is earned. Like I said before, his ego is a real concern, as it is his ego preventing him from extending the hand of friendship to Olympic supporters he disrespected. |
