Sydney Olympic held its end of year presentation at Belmore Sports Ground with players, parents, officials and supporters of the Club celebrating their achievements during the 2010 season.
The evening started with a brief speech of one of the Directors of the Club, Mr Chris Tsioulos that welcomed everyone once again to Belmore and also introduced the new technical Director of the Cub Mr Ian Crook.
Ian then took the floor and mentioned how privileged he felt to be part of the Sydney Olympic family and that he would do his best during the 2011 season to meet the expectation of the players and parents of all our youth teams.
The President of the Club Mr. George Giannaros then took the floor and also thanked all the parents and players for their efforts and support to the Club this season and then briefly mentioned all the steps the Board is taking to ensure the boys will be playing out of Belmore Sports Ground next season. Another interesting announcement was the open forum day the Club has scheduled for the 16th of October, 1 day before the Youth Trials at Belmore Sports Ground, where the technical director, coaches and Board Members will be present and will explain the changes being made to the youth competition by FNSW and also answer all questions of parents regarding the ground, fees, registration and any other queries.
The coaches and managers of each team then presented all their boys and awarded them with a trophy from the Club for their achievements this season.
