Everyone In September in 1986 TV entrepreneur Harry Michaels drops a bombshell on the SYDNEY OLYMPIC committee by offering to buy the Sydney Olympic football club. In a letter to the Commitee Harry says If it does'nt take his (Harry Michaels) offer seriously. He'll call a meeting of the members to back his bid. Paoktzi Olympic Members Did'nt took it serously In 1986.
They wanted to remanin the teams under control by Members
He wanted to offer more he was the major sponser of the most popular Greek show THE GREEK VARIETY SHOW on Network TEN on Saturday afternoon during the show they will advertise Sydney Olympic homematches on commercial tv this was before when the show moved to SBS.
Harry Michaels became president in 1992.he does love Sydney Olympic it his passion
All the NSL games from SBS and OPTUS C7 it was Harry Michaels zero one Zero Production
covering the NSL games and NSL SOCCER AWARDS.

Harry wanted to be back on board in 2005 take over he had invited members like myself to have an open forum at MEGA ALEXANDROS at Marckiville oa Sunday Morning
Discussing allot of things his ambition is trying to get the crowds back at Olympic since our team dropped in the Nsw Premier League competion.
The people that joined up nominate themselves at that time newly elected few of them ex Supporters committee I sometime in this forum I don’t want to mention any names.
One night they had a meeting with Harry Michaels it just didn’t work out.
Harry said once on 2MM SPORTS SUNDAY” I can’t work with these people to be someone for example secretary treasurer it wasn’t going nowhere”
Harry wanted to do his way a commercial decisions as he does everyday .
