Just quietly.. ..id trade it all for Olympic to be back The Euro woke an entire generation to being Greek. Greeks everywhere were united by the sport and the Greek spirit was stronger than ever. You can't compare the two. And to say something like that, clearly without thought just proves that you haven't been following football for long, that you don't understand the power of national football and that you can't prioritise.

For Greece to win the World Cup. I'd let Oplympic fold and I would also shoot my" Pethera" ( twice, just incase I missed ). THEN, the following year I would start Olympic up again ! Silly comment really. I've never felt more proud or happy when Greece won the Euro. When we scored against the Portos in the final I almost fainted from my excitement. As soon as it was over I was thinking about winning other big games as well. That 2 week period lifted Greek football to another level. I was happy with our effort at the World Cup also. A definite improvement at that level as well. As long as they keep selecting players in form and retrire the players that are getting older, we''ll improve a lot more. There are some quality Greek players around the world, including here.
