paoktzi,
How are we traveling with our finances and do the clubs get a cut from the grand final ticket sales ?. I'm just curious how it works. I was told FNSW were in charge of the tickets. That's really comforting to know that.

Grand final profits go 1/3rd between the 2 clubs and FNSW

After all the expenses of the day, the clubs will get a small cut.
So there wont be much left for either two clubs unfortunately

20k to minor winners 20k for grand final winners
Sick money when you consider it costs 20k to run a premier league team a week lol

For all the money FNSW has, that's a disgrace if you ask me. Twenty grand to win a title, what a joke.

Its the way the comp is run, but in saying that each club so 12 clubs put in $70k = $840k what do the clubs get from that money? Nothing at all.
The competition has no sponsor It has no radio partners It has no television partners No print media No online media They dont promote the comp at all
Its left to the clubs and out of the 12 clubs only Olympic actively does things.
So we are fighting a battle on our own pretty sad really but at the end of the day this is Olympic and if we can pull 10k crowds with no media or advertising in 2011 we can do anything
