I would also like to note that I would love to rub it in if Olympic was in the Gay Leagueand United was left behind. There is nothing to rub in. Unlike you lot, we dont want to be in the A-League. Personally I don't think an "ethnic" club will ever be allowed in the Gay Leagueagain.
The corporate sponsonrs, the media and LOWY (and his predecesors) will never allow it to happen.
Whilst I wouldn't mind seeing an Olympic or Marconi on Fox Sports in the A-League, I seriously doubt it will ever happen.
However guys I have nothing but respect for your fight and commitment to the Olympic cause.

Well Newcastle, Adelaide and Perth are from the NSL however all have new owners and no known ethnic links. The rest were all franchises formed for the A-League.
Lowy waited 20 years to fuck us all and he did that in 2005.

the only club i know that isnt new or hasnt been completely rebranded is perth glory...
newcastle is newcastle united/breakers from the nsl...
i think roar is linked or rebranded brisbane lions.....
not sure about the rest....

Paoktzi the owners may very well be but the fans are not from the Hakoah days. I have been to a few games simply because I love watching live football, and you would be lucky be find one jew there.
I understand your anger towards the owners (I hate Lowy and his mates too) but I assure you the fans tell a completely different story.
