What are your thoughts on the blokes who write about the game in OZ, people like:
Jesse Fink, Mike Cockrill, Micheal Lynch, Ray Gatt, Sebestian Hasset, Les Murray, Craig Foster, Slatter etc???
Are any of them any good, do they talk about the truth are they all sluts of the ffa

Slater is blatantly bias towards his mate. His latest attack on Fozzie was because he is mates with MV's new coach.
Out of line in my opinion - whether you agree with Fozzie or not - he was making an argument. Slater didn't just rebuke the argument, he engaged in a personal attack.
He played the player not the ball.

The FFA has done quite a few things wrong - first and foremost was not embracing the games past and its traditional clubs. Secondly not creating a viable competition - and refusing to learn from mistakes of the past. Thirdly - clubs of the Gay Leaguetreating the fans like dollar signs - "Franchises with customers".
I dont know if you guys ever heard that interview with a North Queensland Fury Official who said (to paraphrase a little) - "We are confident in our portfolio, and brand and haveall the faith moving forward that this will be a prosperous and rewarding time for the franchise"
WTF! How where is the talk of the fans, and embracing the community? This is what clubs likeOlympic do well and you cant put a dollar sign on it.
Even ex-players like Bolton say that the advantage of the old NSL was that it really did feel like u were part fo a community.
