we moved outside of Greek areas of Sydney once, and that ended badly. + why would we do that when we have a 20+ year lease on Belmore Sports Ground?

We also need to show the FFA we can all work together. If you guys really want to send a strong message to the FFA. Can we suggest a joint tifo (effort?) and get as many clubs on it as possible. We have received an invitation to sit with some away fans at a fairly important fixture. We would only be willing to give the finer details to the organizers for obvious reasons. However if we all stand united and defiant imagine the press. United We Stand, Divided We Fall the Western Front So let me guess this straight, your intentions are to go around state league games based around the western sydney area, and spread the message to its fans, group about the western sydney bid and bringing a HAL team to the area? so to do this, your backing support from other clubs, fans etc... like olympic and there so called ultras? or am i missing something here? |

From my experience there are many fans who currently support SFC who would move to our bid/ a 2nd Sydney bid. They support SFC to support Aussie Football, but for one reason or another feel it doesnt fully represent them.
Many of the old SCC lads are in this boat as are (i'm sure) others.
We need to offer a real community team. You join Olympic, you are part of a family. The passion, the pride. This is what it is all about - and this will draw people to us.
What will also draw people to us is our history. Our foundations. We want to broaden our appeal - off course but not forget who we are.
We have a lot of things going for us. We need to promote the positives. Preah them to whoever will listen.
