SEASON PASSES for 2011

Guys last year the club sold 400 season passes which was an increase on the 2009 season of 200 sales.

What number are we going to aim for in 2011?

I say we aim for a total of 1,000. After all this is SOFC I know we are in the state league but I think people are finally coming to terms with it and understand the level is basically on par with the a-league.

Next year the club will bring back the UNDER 16 passes that were massive hits in the NSL days, they will be given out to the three private schools affiliated with Olympic, in total around 2,200 students and the 10 association clubs now affiliated with another 5 clubs to be added to the list.

Our network is expanding guys, first time in years we have so many friends.

So do we think 1,000 is attainable, please also note that the 500 life members we have need to buy season passes this year as stated at last years AGM

I dont think the club sold 400 hundred last year last time i checked.

Also, Life Members do not need to buy a season pass. They only need to pay at the door and can no longer get in for free. It is then up to them if they want to buy a season pass.

I'm not sure if I agree with this strategy. Sure the club is making money where previously it wasn't, but at what expense. These life members were given life membership for a reason and i'm sure that there are many who feel insulted and have probably turned away from Olympic.

I agree as well, I think if nothing else we should be honouring the Life Membership arrangements made in past.

These members should be invited back with open arms not asked to pay IMO. By being hospitable and respectful to the life members I think it would send out a very positive message to them and the football community more generally.

Obviously we can if everyone wasn't such a negative mouni, wake up to yourselves, why do you choose to have a negative mind set? It is now proven that negative outlooks causes negative reactions to occur to you, and can over long periods of time cause cancer. So wake the fuck up, and be positive about every aspect of your life, including Olympic, and start selling some fucking season passes to family and friends.
