There are a lot of people out there with the misconception that Greeks embraced homosexuality and it was common practice. I wasn't sure whether you were taking the piss or not i admit, but I wanted to clear the air for anyone else who happens to read this topic.
If historians look back on Australia in say 2000 years, and they read about the Mardi Gras, they are going to conclude that Australians were open homosexuals. After all, the parade is an annual celebration.

I'm going to the next game with a paper bag over my head. Why don't we offer all gay fans free entry. HOW'S THAT FOR INITIATIVE !!!!!!!!!! alexxx, so does that mean all the other clubs are anti gay because they didn't join Olympic in the parade or is it just us Greeks who don't like them. How about we call it the GAY LEAGUE so we can keep MALAKIES like you happy. You live in lala land.

Alexxx, Ajax didn't join an over hyped parade that is far from the gay lifestyle as possible and on a float. Ajax did it in a smart way which is fine. Completely different and acceptable approach Ajax took.
