yeah it's called the Delta Ethniki and it's divided into 10 Groups who have 16 teams each.
Group 1 (Drama, Evros, Kavala, Serres, Thrace, and Xanthi Football Clubs Associations)
Group 2 (Chalcidice, Kilkis, Macedonia and Pella Football Clubs Associations)
Group 3 (Florina, Grevena, Imathia, Kastoria, Kozani and Pieria Football Clubs Associations)
Group 4 (Evrytania, Karditsa, Larissa, Phthiotis, Thessaly and Trikala Football Clubs Associations)
Group 5 (Aetolia-Acarnania, Arta, Corfu, Epirus, Preveza (includes also Lefkada football clubs) and Thesprotia Football Clubs Associations)
Group 6 (Achaea, Elis, Kefallinia, Messinia and Zakynthos Football Clubs Associations)
Group 7 (Arcadia, Argolis, Boeotia, Corinthia, Euboea, Laconia and West Attica Football Clubs Associations)
Group 8 (Athens and Lesbos Football Clubs Associations)
Group 9 (Cyclades, Dodecanese, East Attica and Piraeus Football Clubs Associations)
