Midfielder Ivo Bosnar, the representative for his club Sydney United at Monday's launch of the NSW Premier League, is eager continue his team's form into this season. "We did well last year but now we've got to build on that. We have a lot of young players coming through and United have produced a lot of Socceroos from the club and we want to continue to do so. If we can win the championship along the way then that's great." United were second at the end of the 2011 regular season and were also runners-up for the Finals Series, losing out to Sydney Olympic for both pieces of silverware. "Definitely looking to better last season's performance. Everyone at the club is really close so that's a bonus. "The coaching staff are excellent and we have facilities similar to any Gay Leagueclub. We have a great gear steward with us and there's a new physio coming in so it's all very professional. It's good coming to training with that kind of atmosphere so it's hard to get better than that. Last season he played 21 matches for the red and white and this year Bosnar is again keen to get as much game time as he possibly can. "My goal is to be injury free for the year and to lead by example - both on and off the field. Hopefully I can score a few goals this year too as I didn't get on the goalscorers sheet last year". Sydney United play their first match against Parramatta FC at Melita Stadium on April 1st. Kick-off is at 3pm www.thefootballsack.com/2012/03/sydney-united-s-ivo-bosnar-raring-to-go.html
