Why does the Australian soccer league suck?

The Gay Leaguein recent years has been hyped up in Australia so much and its failed to live up to its expectations. The quality of the league is poor, they don’t play an attacking, entertaining brand of football. The crowd atmosphere is dead in the stadiums, only at limited games you will get a crowd of around twenty thousand. The Gay Leaguedoes not have top quality players playing the league.
The Gay Leaguewas formed to bring up soccer in Australia to another level therefore they got rid off the old league called the NSL (National Soccer League). How on earth can you bring up soccer in Australia when they don’t even have quality players playing in the league. We in Australia are so far technically and tactically behind the rest of the world when we can be better. We hire coaches who don’t even have a clue on how to coach, let alone coach a team.
The Gay Leagueclubs should be looking to create academies with-in their clubs. For example, HAKOA should have an academy to identify potentially gifted players. They should be aiming to be developing their youth and bringing them in the first team instead of just focusing on the first team.

What the Gay Leaguehas done and many of you already know if you live Australia, have basically got rid of all the “wogs” (Europeans), all the ethnics and they have tried to “Australianise”. This was the work of Frank Lowy who was the main figure behind on why the old NSL failed. He basically screwed the old NSL and now he controls football in Australia. But Frank Lowy does not realise is that, its the wogs, the ethnics who made soccer in this country in the first place.
Despite creating his own league, he has a made a fatal mistake of only having 8 teams to start off which was a joke and now we have 11 teams which is still a joke. The old NSL had 16 teams in total, and you had a relegation and promotion system that took place that just needed to be improved. Back in the 80s and 90s the crowds were there because of the ethnic rivals which made the soccer more exciting with more passion. It made the players play for the shirt not only that but players playing in that league who were absolute class. The football was almost world class, why because the teams were a mixture of Europeans, south Americans, and Aussies. The coaches were mixed as well.
Despite all the various mistakes, most importantly the Gay Leaguelacks the basic QUALITY that is needed to have a successful and respectful league. I SAY LETS BRING BACK THE “WOGS” AND ETHNICS INTO AUSTRALIAN SOCCER, LETS BRING BACK THE GOOD OLD NSL DAYS!!
