DJs KRAZY-KON, GEORGIO ON BOARD TO PLAY AT 'ULTRA' u18s

OLYMPIC ULTRAS
It has been a busy week for Billy Billiris and the Olympic Ultras as the lineup for the much-anticipated 'ULTRA' under 18s event was announced, with some massive names in the Sydney Euro dance scene confirming that they will play at the event on 10 December.
DJs Krazy-Kon, Georgio and Sax on Legz are among the ten artists that will ply their trade in what the Ultras hope will be a sellout party to celebrate the start of summer at the Kalymnian House in Rockdale.
Sony-signed artist Krazy-Kon has additionally announced that he will be releasing his newest album 'Greece 2011' at the event.
As well as the big-hitters, a number of up-and-coming DJs will be featuring at 'ULTRA', including DJs Playback and Pkay.
Speaking with DJ Playback, the Ultras discussed his rapid success and his part in 'ULTRA'.
“I remember when I started, it feels like yesterday,” said a jubilant DJ Playback, “and next month I'll be in Adelaide and then back for 'ULTRA' and 'OPA – the Hellenic Festival' in December.
“I was just a promoter standing behind the tables when I started in the scene, but I quickly grew passionate for deejaying and its all been fantastic.”
The Olympic Ultras also spoke with Ultras member and 'ULTRA' promoter Peter Solomakos, who expressed his excitement in anticipation of the event.
“I've already had thirty to forty people call me asking for tickets,” said Solomakos, “so it's been a really positive response so far.
“The lineup is absolutely massive and I think all the under 18s are going to have a huge night come December.”
Co-host Billy Billiris shared Solomakos' enthusiasm and optimism.
Speaking with the Ultras, Billy again mentioned how 'ULTRA' will provide a number of young and aspiring DJs with the opportunity to perform in front of a packed house and together with some of the biggest names in the scene.
“This is going to be one of the hottest European under 18s ever,” Billiris said. “Make no mistake, this will be a sold out event.
“Everyone will enjoy 'ULTRA', it will be an opportunity for the DJs to play at a Euro even and to give everyone there the chance to party just like they do in Europe.”
Tickets for 'ULTRA' u18s go on sale next week.
