NSW Premier League outfit Sydney Olympic have assisted in Greek Super League giants AEK Athens’ settling in Australia for the current ‘festival of football’ tournament which boasts the likes of England’s Blackburn Rovers and Scotland’s Glasgow Rangers. The Blues’ spiritual home ground of Belmore Sports Ground has been given to the Greek side free of charge for training purposes as the eleven time Greek champions prepare for their final clashes against Blackburn and Rangers before jetting back to Greece to commence their assault on the Greek Super League. Sydney Olympic President George Giannaros alongside AEK Athens Chairman Stavros Adamidis have struck a good relationship which has seen both teams strengthen their ties for possible future dealings both in Australia and Greece. www.footballnsw.com.au/index.php?id=17&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=4234&tx_ttnews[backPid]=389&cHash=ddb2401fcfThoughts on this issue? I think it's great that we are making contacts with major Clubs from the mother country.

Lets see if this relationship turns out to be fruitful. Otherwise it's just empty words to hype up Olympic.
What I want to see, is a strong season on the field.
