A lot of people will think our season was disappointing because our First Grade came second-last, however, it is important to take a step back and see the great achievements made this season by the Sydney Olympic FC.
* Highest average crowd in the NSWPL (2nd year in a row) * We more then doubled the amount of season passes sold this season compared to last. * Got double the amount of members from last season. * For the first time in Olympic history we got a long-term home ground, the 25 year lease at Belmore Sports Ground. * AEK training at Belmore Sports Ground twice this season. * Dim Petratos making the u19's Socceroo's side. * Chris Triantis might be getting signed by a League One side in England. * Successful Holiday Programs for teenage footballers. * New offices at Belmore Sports Ground. * New supporters group, Olympic Ultras * Biggest sponsorship in the NSWPL belongs with us, being sponsored by Thysson Krupp, which is a publicly listed company (in the share market) * All the youth teams (u13's, u14's, 15's and u16's) made the Top 3 in there competitions. * A new website * Mitch Stamatellis and Nick Tsattalios getting signed by Greek 2nd Division Club PAS Giannina

I would say about 1000. It may not sound like much, but for the competition we're participating in, it is quite a lot!

What happens when we start winning?
Aiming for double that next year guys
But it really was at around 1250, ask the office administrator, big crowds of the year were
Sutho - home 1200 Syd United home - 1800 Blacktown home - 1150 Rockdale home - 2500 marconi home - 1350
bad crowds at home were
manly,berries, wollongong

Thats pretty good. Most teams in the lower leagues of europe would average around that mark. 3000+ members on the facebook page too- this is more than we have for NQFC

Everobody loves Olympic dearly it's been a part of the landscape for half a century and is a real social icon. We just need these guys to take another leap of faith and believe that together we can achieve great things again.

if we got 3,000 average crowds then people will understand, they dont understand football prior to 2005 this current FFA and new dawners quiet sad really
but to bigger crowds for next year I really believe this

crowds will come with results
it doesn't help when you're team comes 2nd last
the product needs to be fixed ON THE PARK.

We need more people behind the goals before we get ahead with ourselves.
