For me what the under 18's and under 20's do is vital but a good first grade can get you out of relegation pretty easily.

I have a feeling Rockdale will be relegated maybe South Coast but i doubt it
I dont think Parramatta will, they've been alright this season

I doubt it would be blacktown. They would only be considered for promotion if and only if Blacktown demons were relegated. There isn't enough football following out there for two teams. And Blacktown don't see any away support as it is.

Spirit FC and Northern Tigers have both declined promotion in the past... well I'm pretty sure they have
